They gave a guest room with bath, double bed and free wi fi good breakfast as we booked. This was a comfy and cheerful hotel with a very central location very close to Sol square.

We lived in the twin room with free wi fi good breakfast and double bed. Fantastic location and very helpful and pretty friendly staff were a definite plus. Distance to the airport was just 25 km.

Stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed my choice. Wake-up service, available in my triple room, was a nice bonus. It was impeccably clean and included climate control and coffee.

The place was clean, I booked the guest room with city views, everything was very good. The restaurant was wonderful, and the staff very helpful and really friendly.

Nights can be a bit noisy, due to night club nearby...."But thats Madrid for you" !!!

Breakfirst, juice?? We dropped the breakfirst the last morning and got a nice deal nearby with real juice, croissant and good coffee for E2,5

The room was quiet, had air conditioner and coffee. We really enjoyed city view from the window. The location was great and incredible, only a short distance to old town.

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also centrally located, close to the city center, and easily accessible by bus. The rooms are clean and cozy, providing a comfortable stay. Despite some reviews mentioning small rooms, the hotel offers good facilities such as free Wi-Fi and a nice breakfast. some rooms have a balcony with a lovely view of the city.

There is only one socket in the room, which can be inconvenient for charging multiple devices simultaneously.

The folks at the front desk were wonderful and helpful. Centrally located, the hotel is within easy walking distance of Madrid's attractions and landmarks. Wonderful!!!

Centrally located, the hotel suffers from proximity to Madrid's noisiest and most persistent nightlife. A good night's sleep is not readily available unless you use earplugs.
